Support for singles and families who are experiencing homelessness
Community Outreach provides trauma-informed temporary supported accommodation for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and need support with everyday tasks to help them live in their own home.
CO-UK provides an integrated package of short-term housing and support to assist people to live independently. This includes:
- A private and confidential assessment to all clients to create a personalised support plan which empowers people to take positive action themselves. Our advice and support activities include:
- Debt and Budgeting
- Resolving Homelessness and Setting up a Home
- Substance Misuse
- Mental Health
- Training and Employment
- Daily Activities e.g. shopping, cooking etc

- CO-UK provides high-quality supported accommodation to homeless people where they can receive care, support or supervision and has an enormous positive impact on their quality of life: from their physical and mental health to their engagement with the community.
